Chivas Mizunara is selectively finished in Japanese oak casks – which makes it the perfect blend to pair with Umeshu plum wine. Rich, sweet and aromatic, just a splash of this aperitif-like liqueur adds a world of flavour to this easy cocktail recipe. Scotch and soda are the only other ingredients in this refreshing drink, other than the blackberry garnish for a pop of colour and sweetness.

Use large cubes of ice (or one long cube) rather than crushed ice to keep your highball cool without over diluting it
