Rich, sweet and aromatic, just a splash of this aperitif-like liqueur adds a world of flavour to this easy cocktail recipe. Scotch and soda are the only other ingredients in this refreshing drink, other than the blackberry garnish for a pop of colour and sweetness.

PRO TIP

Use large cubes of ice (or one long cube) rather than crushed ice to keep your highball cool without over diluting it

Add all ingredients to a highball glass filled to the top with ice
