Like your drinks extra fruity and sweet? You’ll love the Extra Cherry Soda. Bourbon cherry recipes are full of rich and fruity flavours, and our variation more than meets the brief. Our cherry soda cocktail uses Chivas Extra 13 Bourbon Cask* to bring deeply honeyed flavours to the table, but you can use your favourite Chivas. *A portion of this blended Scotch whisky is matured in bourbon casks.

50 ml
Chivas Extra 13 Bourbon Cask*
25 ml
Lemon Juice
15 ml
Cherry Brandy
15 ml
Orgeat
Top with Soda Water
Cherry, to garnish

PRO TIP

Crushed ice is essential in this drink. Don’t have any? Shake the drink and use the broken-up ice from the shaker

POUR

Add Chivas and all other ingredients to a tumbler glass filled with crushed ice

STIR

Stir with a spoon churn or mix the ice and ingredients at a rapid pace

REFINE

Add more ice to fill the tin and make sure the ice is tight and compact

Garnish with a cherry, then serve
