Citrus fruits are used in many cocktail and Highball recipes, thanks to their sour lift. Zesty Japanese yuzu brings the best of lime, lemon and mandarin flavours to the table as an incredibly vibrant type of Highball. This sparkling cocktail with Yuzu is the perfect summer sip.

Chivas 12
150 ml
Sparkling Yuzu
Lemon Slice, to garnish

PRO TIP

The key to a perfect Whisky Highball is to fill the glass with plenty of ice so they’re extra fresh

POUR

Add Chivas to a glass with ice

STIR

Add sparkling yuzu and give it a small stir to blend ingredients

REFINE

Add another cube of ice if needed to make sure ice is tight and compact

Garnish with a slice of lemon and serve
